Obituary

Daisy Mae Powers, the second youngest of nine children was born to the late Columbus and Estelle Stephens on July 1,1931 in Jeffersonville, Georgia. Daisy passed away peacefully on May 29, 2017.

She worked at Parkview Hospital as a health care clerk and retired after 30 years of dedicated service. Daisy was also a dedicated member of the Turner Chapel AME Church where she had served in many capacities.

She leaves to cherish many memories her children Opal, Daryl (Michelle) and Katrina.

Daisy was preceded in death by her husband Richard, children Sharon and Richard Jr. and grandson Nicholas.
