Donna Lee Harper was born on September 14, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois. She departed this life on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Canterbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, after a brief stay.
She was a faith member of House of God and was a homemaker. She was a devoted wife who serve with her husband diligently doing God's work.
She is survived by her loving husband, Deacon Ralph C. Harper; children, Karen Garns of Fort Wayne, Robert (Joeane) Harper of Clear Water, Florida and Debbie Harper-(Jerome) Mshar of Washington State, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a host of other loving family, church family and friends.
