In Loving Memory of

Eric Antoine Hearn entered this life on January 21, 1983 in Fort Wayne, Indiana; born to Joyce Ann Hearns and Michael Vaughn.  He had attended Fort Wayne Community Schools and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.

On Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the age of 33, Eric transitioned from this earthly life.  He will always be loved and remembered.

Eric leaves to always cherish his memory, his loving mother, Joyce Hearns (Boris Mudd); father, Michael Vaughn; brothers, Tremayne (Tamela) Francisco and Michael Hearn; sisters, Felicia Francisco and Lawanda Vaughn; grandmothers, Evelyn Hearn and Mamie Mason; a very special aunt, Evelyn Jones; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Seaborn Hearn.

Eric will be laid to rest in Concordia Gardens - Lake Avenue
