Joshua Alvin ”JaGee” Hambrick was born on April 7, 2003 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He was the son of Dawn Reane (King) Hambrick and Alvin Hambrick Jr.

Joshua was an eighth grader at Portage Middle School where he was loved dearly.  He enjoyed riding roller coasters, listening to Pastor Creflo Dollar and spending time with his family.

He had a deep love for  music and could always be found near the speaker or sound system in attempt to turn up the music.

Joshua, at the age of 14, departed this life peacefully on April 27, 2017 at home.

Joshua was preceded in death by his mother, Dawn Renae Hambrick; grandparents, John and Jewel Hambrick and a aunt, Desiree Burson.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Alvin Hambrick Jr.; brothers, David Lee Hambrick and Daniel Eric Hambrick; grandmother, Judith A. King; grandfather, Charles Nate Bates; a special great uncle, James “Bro” (Joyce) King; along with a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates and friends.
