Stephen Me'Ghell Markis Rowe, Sr.

September 12, 1978 ~ September 28, 2017 (age 39) 39 Years Old

STEPHEN MEG’HELL MARKIS ROWE SR. was born in Barstow, California on September 12, 1978 to Tharrianna & Paul Rowe Jr.  He departed this life at the age of 39 on September 28, 2017 in Killeen, Texas.  He graduated from New Haven High School and joined the Army and served as a field artillery specialist. After serving our country, Stephen moved back to Fort Wayne, Indiana and attended IVY Tech State College studying to be an Automotive Mechanic while working at General Motors. He was also a Semi Truck Driver for Werner.

He loved all types of music and in his down time some of his hobbies were rapping, making beats and instrumentals for other artist; he also played the Coronet. Stephen produced a CD with Jason Joel (River City Pimpin), and opened for Rick Ross, Snoop Dog, and E-40. He performed at the BET 2006 Rap Feast New York, the Big Taste Chicago, and several other concerts throughout Indiana.

In 1996 he married Preonda Collins, of their union came four children, Quaosha Dominque B. Rowe, Stephen Meg’hell M. Rowe Jr.,  Octavious M. Collins and Preosha L. Collins.

Stephen was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Mary & Eugene E. Baldwin, paternal grandfathers; Paul Rowe Sr., Fredrick S. Moore and his niece, Summer Kelly.

Stephen leaves to cherish his memory his children; Quaosha Rowe, Stephen Rowe Jr., Octavious Collins and Preosha Collins; his parents, Tharrianna Rowe and Paul (Patricia) Rowe Jr.; a great grandmother Katie L. McDonald, and grandmother Norma Hinton; his fiance' Cayla Williams and her children, Lizett Miller, Devonte Williams and Donasia Davis;  siblings, Toya Rowe, Paul T. Rowe, Kachina (Daniel) Driver, Konswayla (Levail) Barnes and Calvin Farr Sr.; a special brother & sister, Maurice Ross & Carmeletta Ross; with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Stephen will be laid to rest in Miramar National Cemetery - San Diego, CA
