Ardelia Ruth (Lawson) Williams

Ardelia Ruth Williams was born to James and Bertha (Wade) Lawson on September 1, 1926 in Mayberry, West Virginia.  She departed this life on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 in Beverly Hill, Florida at the The Grove Nursing Center.

Ardelia was baptized in 1959 at the Michigan Assembly of Jehovah’s Witnesses. This began her 59-year devoted walk of faith with Jehovah God.

“Dee” as she was affectionately known was a compassionate worker for over 50 years for the Bud and Sarah Fox family.

She leaves to cherish many fond memories to her son, Robert (Julia) Thompson; extended family, Richard Fox, Diana Mustard and Patricia Fox; her grandchildren, Robert Thompson, Jr., Anthony Bowers, Jackie Martin, Twanna Thompson, Jamar Brown, Gregory Thompson and An’dre Lagrone; a spiritual daughter, Cynthia Beloch; a host of great-grandchildren  other relatives and friends.

Through Dee’s illness her faith and service to Jehovah never wavered,”  “All who knew her, knew about her love for and faith in Jehovah God.”
