Emma Jean (Jackson) King

Emma J. King passed away peacefully on Friday, August 3, 2018 at Parkview Regional Hospital.  She worked for over 36 years at Fort Wayne State Developmental Center before retiring.

She leaves to cherish many memories to her daughters, Fonda Brown, Melody Smith and son, Albert Jackson; sisters, Ann Jackson, Michele Jackson-King and Sarah Thompson; brothers, Ralph and Michael Jackson, Simon and Sammie Thompson; as a sister, Ora Lean Pace; god-daughter, Candyce Pace-Walker; seven grandchildren, 9nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Emma was preceded in death by her parents Johnnie Marie (Borom) and Simon Jackson Sr.; a sister, Betty Jackson and brothers, Eddie and Simon Jackson Jr.
