Freddie Lee Anderson Jr. was born to Johnnie B. Corey and Freddie Anderson on July 22, 1955 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
He attended Central High School. He was previously employed by Ward Aluminum and retired in 2009.
Freddie departed this life on Friday, May 25, 2018 at Joseph Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Johnnie B. Corey; his father, Freddie Anderson; his brother, Ralph Anderson and a nephew, Levell King.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving companion, Gloria Church; his children, Talayna Ricketts, Lora D. Church, Freddie Church, Chris Anderson, Church Smith and Brandon Church; 17 grandchildren, one sister, Carrie Anderson; one brother, Grady (Barbara) Anderson; friend and former wife, Brenda Smith-Anderson; very special friends, Michael Wells, James Guy, Joe Henderson, Jesse Reed and a special god-sister, Jessica L. Walker along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family and friends.
