The Life Journey of Jason Dickson
Jason Dickson was born on born August 12, 1975 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. On Thursday, November 29, 2018, Jason made his transition at Parkview Randallia with his sister Amber at his side reading Psalm 100.
He accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized at Wings of Deliverance Holiness Tabernacle by Bishop Jimmie Clark Sr.
Jason was a 1994 graduate of R. Nelson Snider High School where he participated in Track and Field. After graduation, he attended Huntsville A & M University where he studied Computer Science.
In 2005, he became a part of the Ellis Funeral Home family dedicated to serving families. He later began employment with General Motors where he worked in different capacities during the past 12 years.
Jason lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed traveling near and abroad encouraging others to come along. He was a key organizer of many family functions, which included family reunions, holiday cookouts and the annual fish fry. Jason was a fun loving person who loved cooking, bowling and entertaining. His family loved him and he loved his family. He was always willing to help anyone in need.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Dickson Sr.; sister, Jennifer Morris-Clark and brother-in-law, Adam Tadeo.
Jason leaves behind his husband, Andrew Tadeo; beloved parents, Rosie and James “JT” Morris; mother-in-law, Denise Tadeo; siblings, Amber Morris Williams, Izetta Morris-Hall (Adrian Bray), Cassandra (Matt) Aguirre, Jeffrey Brown, Robert L. (Jandie) Dickson Jr., Sherryl Y. Dickson and Joyce A. Dickson; sister-in-law, Angel (Vernon) Johnson; brother-in-law, Ebbie Clark Sr.; god-brothers, Jarrod Woods and William Morton Jr. and the Ellis Funeral Home family along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other in-laws and friends.
Jason will be laid to rest in Highland Park Cemetery
