Johnny White was born on April 6, 1941 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and passed away on Saturday, February 16th at the age of 77 at Lutheran Life Villages.
After moving to Fort Wayne he became a boxer. He boxed in Fort Wayne, Chicago and in Europe. He also had a love and passion for Golf.
Johnny worked at the Water Filtration Plant as a mechanic where he retired after 23 years of service.
Johnny leaves to cherish his memory, his 2 daughters: Cynthia Lee (California) and Latissha Williams (Fort Wayne); 8 siblings all from Murfreesboro, Tennessee: Barbara Stein Gooch (James), Lorenzo North, Felecia Alsup Whittaker, William Alsup, Ricky Alsup (Kim), Tres Holmes, Karen North and Hope North; 3 grandchildren: Leah Lee (New York), Baron Lee (California) and Ellisia Allen (Colorado); with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Johnny was preceded in death by his mother Magnolia White North, father Bee Tucker, aunt & uncle Johnnie Mae and Lorenzo White and an aunt Clara Mae Sneed.
Johnny will be laid to rest in Concordia Gardens
