Regina Denise Culpher was born on June 29, 1966 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Amelia Franklin Culpher and Ronald Culpher Sr.  She received her wings and flew from this life on December 15, 2017 at Parkview Regional Hospital after a long battle of Sickle Cell Anemia.

“Gina” as she was affectionately known by many, was a graduate from Wayne High School in 1984.  She furthered her education by attending Ivy Tech Community College and graduated with a Medical Assistant Degree.

Regina accepted Christ and was baptized at 6 years of age at the Union Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. Clyde Adams.  She served faithfully as a member of the Young Adult Choir, Matrons, Sunday School and Audio/Video Ministries.  She later united with Uniquely Blessed Ministry under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Sylvester Hunter.

Regina enjoyed quilting, attending professional football and basketball games (NBA), reading, working crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.  She always saw the good in everyone and everything. 

She leaves to cherish her many precious memories to her mother, Amelia Culpher and father, Ronald Culpher, Sr., children, Reginald Edward Culpher and Rebecca Joann Culpher; a granddaughter, Imani Aquarias Culpher; a grandson, Derrion Reginald Smith; her siblings, Ronald Culpher II and  Andrea Jeanne Faust other siblings, Malita Dance, Terrance and Shantelle Suttle, Alarica Bonner, Joshua Shelton Culpher and Reba Culpher; her uncles, Earle A. Franklin, Harold Faust and Charles Stephens; her aunts, Cheryl Storey and Georgia Franklin; great-aunts, Charlene Johnson and Helen Russell; godmothers, Carol Stevenson and Cynthia Harris;  special nieces, Kamiesha and Kayla Brown and Makenna Culpher; cousins, Kristen and Harold Faust II with  a host of other family and friends.

Regina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Sybelia Franklin and Delores Stephens; an aunt, Janet Faust and cousin, Earl A. Franklin III.

Regina Will be laid to rest in Lindenwood Cemetery
