Robert L. Taylor was born March 27, 1969 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He was the son of Henry Lewis Taylor and Pearlie (Williams) Taylor.

At the age of 48, on Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, at I. U. Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana God whispered his name and he departed this earthly life.

He was a 1987 graduate of South Side High School.  On May 30, 2009 he was united in holy matrimony to Latoya Johnson. 

Robert was employed by Amazon. He enjoyed spending time with family, playing spades and trying new “food spots."

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry L. Taylor.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Pearlie Taylor; wife, Latoya Taylor; sons, Isreal Taylor, Tremaine (Whitney) Miles, Quindale White and Davaris White; daughters, Darrian Taylor and Tanisha (Curtis) McGrone; brother, Charles (Angela) Moore; sister, Cassandra Taylor; three grandchildren, Jadyn, Londyn,  Ja’Liyah; two nieces, Breanna Moore and Keyashia Arrington; two nephews, Quentin Taylor and Devonte Arrington and a host of other relatives and friends.

He will be laid to rest in LIndenwoood Cemetery
