Obituary

Sherrie Carlette Holloway was born on December 20, 1981 in Chicago, Illinois, to the union of Carl Lee Jackson, Sr. and Lucille Lockett-Jackson.  Sherrie was the second child of her father, Carl Lee Jackson, who preceded her in death. 

Sherrie moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1988 with her mom, siblings and her grandparents, McKinley and Ernestine Jackson, who also preceded her in death. 

She later moved to Rockford Illinois, where she met and married her husband, Montrell Holloway in March 2007.

Sherrie worked various jobs, but she really loved the job she held in Rockford, Illinois as a Customer Service Representative. 

Sherrie Carlette Holloway departed this life on June 6, 2018.  Sherrie leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Montrell Holloway; her children, Johnathan Jackson South Bend, Indiana, Robert Jackson of Fort Wayne, Montrell Holloway, Jr., Montrell Holloway III, Shawntinice Caprice Sherrie Holloway and Shondranice Heaven Sherrie Holloway all of Minneapolis, Minnesota;  a granddaughter, Avery Jane Michelle Jackson of South Bend; siblings, Chanez Murray of Carbondale, Illinois, Carl Lee Jackson, Jr. of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Carlos Jackson, Demarlos Jackson and Mario Jackson, all of Chicago, Illinois; her mother, Lucille Lockett-Jackson of Fort Wayne and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Sherrie will be laid to rest in Lindenwood Cemetery
