William “Bill” Ganaway Sr., age 81, passed away  on Tuesday, July 4, 2017.  He was a United States Air Force veteran and retired from BF Goodrich Tire.

Surviving are his children, William, Eugene (Susan), Dewayne, Kenneth, Eric (Ronyelle) and  Felicia Ganaway, Calvin and James Clopton, Barbara (Reese) Cherry, Gloria (Joe) Robinson, Ruby Williams, Ann Puff, Mary and Carolyn Clopton, Charlene (Bobby)  Williams and Terri (Troy) Bratton; sisters, Madeline Thomas, Curtissean Bright and Rossetta Brown along a host of grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Ganaway.

Mr. Ganaway will be laid to rest in Covington Memorial Gardens
