Alfonso "Pee Wee" Tommy Nieto Obituary

Alfonso Tommy Nieto, 86, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on December 17, 2023. He was born on February 21, 1937, in Denver, Colorado. Pee Wee, as he was affectionately known, was a beloved brother, father, and husband.

Pee-Wee had a successful career as a professional boxer from 1962 to 1963. Outside of the ring, he enjoyed various hobbies, including fishing, playing pool, and reading his bible. These activities brought him joy and relaxation throughout his life.

Pee-Wee is survived by his sister, Mary Jimenez (Nieto), his brother Max Nieto, his sister Bertha Contreras (Nieto), his daughter Michelle Stewart, and his daughter-in-law Andrea Pritchett-Moore. He was preceded in death by his wife Cosette Nieto (Wright), his parents Juan and Vicenta Nieto (Martinez), and 12 siblings. Pee-Wee's memory will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones.

No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or a local memory care facility. Pee-Wee's family appreciates any support in his memory.
