Anita Louise Watson-Evans, also known as "Momo", was born on August 16,1944 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to William and Cora Watson. Anita's siblings are: Patty (Stanley) Bannister, Cornelia Kaye Tollison (Dewayne) and Tim Watson. She married Louis Glyn Evans on June 16,1965 in St. Lucia, West Indies. This marriage was blessed with three children: Mark Evans, Martin (Kelly) Evans and Felicia Crawford. She had many grandchildren: Christopher (Destinie) Brown, Danielle (Dexter) Credle, Kierra (Bryin) Evans, Quentin (Josie) Evans, Jarrett (Ashley) Sitton, Carter Evans, Maleigha Evans and Danaja Portee. There were also many great-grandchildren: Immanuel, Mackenzie, Malachie, Everleigh, Brysin, Zipporah, Jaxon, Blakley, Rilynn, and Ja'Michael.
During her working years, Anita worked at the VA Hospital and State school then she worked for Fort Wayne Community Schools, Blackhawk, Snider and Anthis Career Center for 45 years.
Anita's hobbies included playing cards, dancing at the square in the villages, traveling the world, attending and watching sporting events, weekly dinners with friends and spoiling her grand babies.
Anita was a member of Jack and Jill of America and the Fort Wayne trails bicycle club.
Anita was preceded in death by her parents William and Cora Watson, her sister Mary Presley and her brother Bill Watson.
