Anthony DeWayne Crews

Anthony “Tony” DeWayne Crews, age 56 passed away at his home on March 30, 2021 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. 

Anthony Crews was born October 6, 1964 in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Fred Jackson Sr. and Margaret E. Crews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Jackson, Sr. and half brother, Fred Jackson, Jr. 

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving mother, Margaret E. (Crews) Tinker; brothers, Kenneth (Vanessa) Crews of Warren, MI and Jeffrey (Bernice) Crews and half sisters, Rozlyn Thompson of Miami, FL and Margaret Allen of St. Louis, MO.

Tony married Katrina Fincher and to that union two daughters were born, Jeanna (Cleavon) Pearson and Ashley Crews of Indianapolis.

Anthony went on to receive his associate degree from Purdue University among other certificates and accomplishments. 

He was a proud papa of seven grandchildren: Emmanuel, Lea, Cleavon Jr., Stephen, Solomon, Iman and Joshua. He also leaves to cherish his memory a host of aunts, uncles,  nephews, a niece, cousins, other family and friends.

A memorial service will be 11am on Monday, April 12, 2021 at Southwinds Church of Christ 3410 Dicke Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804.  Doors will open at 10 am. - Social distancing will be enforced.
