Benjamin "Ben" Harrison Harvey was born on August 3, 1970, in Fort Wayne, IN.  He was the son of the late Ollie C. Harvey and Yvonne Moore. On Friday, July 22, 2022, Ben departed this life to meet his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Everlasting memories remain with his two sons, Benson (Aysa) Harvey and Brandon White; four daughters, De'Shyra Belcher, Bre'Ana Harvey, BreAsha (Prince) Soya-Bongay, and Tabrasia White; grandson, Benson Harvey Jr.; granddaughter, Sabella Soya-Bongay; four brothers, Ollie Harvey Jr., Welton (Regina) Moore, Tyrone (Shirley) Moore, and George Harvey; six sisters, Carolyn Fuller, Patricia Smith, Benita Moore, Tanya Billingsley, LaVonya Moore, and Shirley (Johnny) Sewell; mother-in-law, Joyce Reese; father-in-law, Larry Oliver (Yvonne); brother-in-law, Torrey Oliver (Becky);  special mothers, Yvonne Walden and Pat Oates; special friends, Shirley Scott and Dale Troutner; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tomara T. Harvey; parents, Ollie Harvey Sr., and Yvonne Moore; siblings, Barbara Jean Hale and Belinda Jackson; grandson, Kacen Banks and father-in-law, Larry Reese.
