It is with great sadness that the family of Charles C. Smith Sr. announces his passing. Mr. Smith was born in Augusta, Georgia on March 22, 1959. He is survived by his sons, Charles Simmons and Nathan Smith; his daughters, Cynthia Smith, Keyajsha Coleman and Breajsha Coleman; his brothers, Greg Smith, Curtis Smith and Tony Gibson; and his sisters, Annette Smith and Jeanette Smith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Alma Harris; his son, Emmanuel Smith; and his sister, Cynthia Gibson.  

Mr. Smith will be laid to rest at Catholic Cemetery at 3500 Lake Ave., Ft. Wayne, IN
