Cleo Prince Jr. was born October 18, 1951 in Centreville, AL. He was the son of Robert B. and Ruby Mae Prince.
At the age of 69, he passed peacefully on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Cleo attended Central High School. He retired from Phelps Dodge Corporation with over 25 years of service.
Cleo enjoyed fishing on his boat, bowling, and watching old western movies. He loved his family, and his beautiful dog, Blackie.
Left to treasure many loving memories are his son, T.C. (Denise) Prince, Jr.; daughter, Tamera Prince; grandchildren, Kayla and Kaliyah Prince; great-grands, Dorian Jr. and Amiyah Parker; two brothers, Michael and Bobby Prince; seven sisters, Diane (Theo) Gay of Memphis, TN, Joanne Harris, Barbara (William) Davis, Ella Smith, Mary Ann (Anthony) Walker, Shalanda (Shon) Little and Yolanda Brown all of Fort Wayne, IN; three , sisters-in-law, Arica Prince, Verna Prince and Florence Prince and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. He is also survived a special cousin, Ann Wallace and special friend, Willa Etta Brown.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruby Prince; siblings, Walter "Sonny," Robert Jr. "Peanut," Kenny, Floyd and Phillip Prince ; granddaughter, Quniesha Hunt and a friend, Marsha Harris.
