EDDIE LEE "LIL' BUDDY/RED" HARRIS, transitioned to his heavenly home on Sunday, September 4, 2022.
He was a Marion, Alabama native and Joslyn/Slater Steel retiree of 33 years.
Eddie is survived by his children, Rolonda, Gayle, Eric and J. Michael Harris, all of Fort Wayne; daughter-in-law, Robin; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Kate Woods and Josephine Oakes.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Howard Harris; daughter and son, Marcia and Edward Harris Sr;. and parents, Bennie Harris and Mary Ann Woods Martin.
Service is noon Friday, Sept. 16, 2022, at Pilgrim Baptist Church, 1331 Gay St., Fort Wayne, IN 46803 with visitation starting at 10 am.
Mr. Harris will be laid to rest by his wife, Doris in Lindenwood Cemetery.
