Felicia Henry-Nailon
She was full of love. She would have celebrated 20 years of marriage to Merlyn Nailon this October 22! She loved her family especially her sons, Willis and Peter. They were her greatest joy.
She was a counselor for students who were 1st Generation College Students, low income and people with disabilities.
Felicia was a songbird. Her contralto voice was full of deep gospel roots. When she sang it would make the hairs on your arms stand up!
She was funny!.... So funny!
She was honest and honest to a fault. She would tell you like it is. Always.
She was our Big Mama! Everyone at one point stopped through there. She will be dearly missed.
She leaves behind her Husband, Merlyn Nailon; Sons, Willis Jones and Peter Henry Jr.; Mother, Willie Ayers; Father, Johnny B. Walker; Brothers and Sisters, Virginia Prioleau (Jerry), Angelica Reese (Eric), Devocia Thomas, John Thomas, Floyd Thomas, Evelyn Harris (Paul), Latarsha Walker and Johnny Walker.
She also helped to raise some of her nieces and nephews: Markezia Rives (Andre), DeMarcus Booker, Kareem Harris and McKinley Harris.
