General G. Philpot

General G. Philpot, age 82, passed away on May 3, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital.

Surviving are his children, Curtis (Brenda) Philpot, Linda R. Slack, Karen M. (Rickey) Rowe and Carlton D. Philpot; twin brother, Jewel G. (Belinda) Philpot; brothers, Eddie Lewis (Evelyn), Ernest Jr. (Sally Mae) and Willie F. Philpot; sisters, Dorothy L. Wilson and Annie F. Wilborn along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Service is 11 am Saturday May 15, 2021 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church with walk through viewing one hour before service.

He will be laid rest in Highland Park Cemetery.
