Gloria Fincher Thomas, daughter of the late Abraham Fincher and Estella Whitehead, was born December 22, 1934. Gloria worked as a barber for many years. She later worked at Dana in Churubusco in the factory. 

Gloria loved being a grandmother to both her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  

Gloria loved sewing, baking, and spending time gardening. 

On Thursday, March 12, 2026, Gloria Fincher Thomas left her earthly home for her mansion in Heaven. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy K. Thomas; sister, Bessie Shields; brothers, Jimmy Fincher, Cornelius Fincher, and Tommy Fincher; and her great-granddaughter, Khalea Fincher.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her only daughter, Camille Reanne Fincher; her four grandchildren, Yohansen Fincher, Lorenzo Martin, Dymond Fincher, and Wisdom Fincher; her ten great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
