Harriet Starks Obituary

Harriet (Davenport) Starks was born June 24, 1951 in Peoria, Illinois and was a 1969 graduate of South Side High School. She departed this earthly life on Friday, July 17, 2020.

Left to cherish in her memor, her beloved daughter, Stephanie Jackson, cherished grandsons, Todd O. Jackson II and Tariq O. Jackson; a special granddaughter, Jaelyn Jackson and special great grandson, Baley; siblings, Shelia Morgan, Perry Davenport (Barbara), Robert Davenport, Thomas Davenport (Melinda), Luvenia Davenport, and April Davenport.

Harriet was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Nonnie Davenport; a younger brother, Sam Davenport II and a sister, Rose Marie Davenport.
