It is with great sorrow that the Greene family announces the peaceful transition of

James Moses Greene Jr.
Better known as “Hubba”

After a long battle with cancer, James transitioned on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Parkview Regional Center, surrounded by loved ones.

In light of the wishes of the family, there will be hours of calling only. Please feel free to stop by during this time to extend your condolences to the family.
 

Interment will follow in Concordia Lutheran Cemetery located at 1801 Maumee Ave. (Intersection Anthony Street).

James was preceded in death by his father, James Moses Greene Sr., mother, Dolores Cansler, stepfather, Howard Cansler, and sister, Brenda Greene.
 

Those left to cherish his memory are his brother, Vernon (Sheryn) Greene, of Colorado, his children, daughters: Michelle Greene, Chandra Greene; sons: Andre’ Greene, Vernon L. Greene, Adrian (Jennifer) Greene; grandchildren: Justyn Green, Ciarra (Cody) Greene, Curtis Haywood, Javonte’ Williams, Corey Greene, Austin Greene, Izabelle Jimenez, Trista Byers, Daishaun Byers, Darnell Gilby, Alasia Greene, Trinity Greene; great grandchildren: Elijah Greene, Aniyah Rose Greene. In addition, a host of other relatives and friends.
