Jane Ann Smith, age 59, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Parkview Randallia Hospice in Fort Wayne, IN.

She was born on April 21, 1961 in Huntington, IN to Von and Donna “Joan” Smith.

Jane is survived by her husband Philip Smith; her children, Micala Lusch of Fort Wayne, IN and Jasmine (Jake Mortimore) Lusch of Attica, IN; sibling, Ben Smith of Huntington, IN; half siblings, Pat (Terry) Kelsey of Huntington, IN, Steve (Linda) Harrison of Elliotsville, IN.
Her pride and joy grandchildren, Bentley, Kenley, Mariah and Owen; step children, Chris Smith and Noelle Hunter; nieces and nephews; Alivia Eiting, Nick Grodrian, Emma, Evan and Ethan Kelsey, Ian (Lindsey) Harrison and Ryan (Laura) Harrison.

Preceding Jane in death were her grandparents, Ray and Sophie Drabenstot, and her parents, Von and Donna “Joan” Smith.

A Memorial Service will be held at later date at Garden of Memory in Marion, IN.
