He was born May 9, 1990, in Fort Wayne, Indiana and later moved to Atlanta, Georgia.
Jeffrey leaves to cherish his memory his father, Jeffrey Green; mother, April Moore; son, Karon Lamont Moore; daughter, Jonayah Lynn Bella Moore; sister, Sha'Quisha Moore; brother, Jerrell Moore; along with a host of other family and friends.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 2022, at True Love Baptist Church, with a walk through visitation starting at 9 a.m.
Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
