Keith D Morrison died unexpectedly the afternoon of August 8, 2022. He was born on May 12, 1960, to Mingo Sr. and Queen Esther Morrison in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Keith graduated from Wayne High School and received his Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Indiana Wesleyan.
Keith spent most of his professional journey in finance and as a benefits manager. He worked for NorthAmerican Van Lines and Lincoln Life Financial. No matter where Keith went, he was a light to the those he encountered.
At a young age Keith welcomed Christ in his life as a member of Hayden St. Church of God in Christ. Ever since receiving Christ he has lived the kind of life for which Christians strive. Keith was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church and recently joined New Covenant Worship Center.
He married his childhood friend Renee (Falls) Morrison in 1980 and has been married for 42 years. Those that know Keith, know his love for his wife radiated from him through his words and actions. He loved his family and enjoyed watching his children grow and start families of their own. Most days if you ask him what he was grateful for he will tell you he is grateful for his family and church family.
Keith was known for singing, at church, at home, while working around the house, and yard; pretty much everywhere. He found joy in his grandchild and knowing that the family was expanding with another grandchild on the way in December.
Keith Morrison is preceded in death by his father, Mingo Morrison Sr.; mother, Queen Esther Morrison; siblings, Patricia Morrison, Marie Thompson, Joe Nathan and Minnie Lou Thompson.
Keith is survived by his wife, F. Renee Morrison; son, Jeremy Morrison (Stephanie) of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter, Cheneta Robinson (Justin) of Evansville, IN; grandchild, Jaley Robinson; aunt, Bernice Morrison; brother, Mingo (Marcia) Morrison Jr.; sister, Josephine Brown of Mississippi, and his nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
