Larry Joe Childs, age 51 of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on February 3, 2022.

Larry was born on December 16, 1970, to Herman W. and Doris W. Childs in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Larry was a jack-of-all-trades and especially enjoyed welding, home renovation and auto mechanics.  He most recently worked at Faurecia, Fort Wayne, as a Team Leader. 

Larry was a loving father to his children and stepchildren: Ah’Ryous Sinclair, Alaijah Sinclair, Alando Childs, Alona Sinclair, Demetri Childs, Da’mon Hamilton, Katora McDonald, Kiesha McDonald, and Cornelius McDonald.

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Herman W. Childs and mother, Doris W. Childs.
 

He is survived by his siblings: Karla Edwards, Timothy Bartels, Roberta Childs, Robert Childs, Doris Childs, Jack Bartels and Marvin Cottrell.

Services will be February 22, 2022 12:00 pm at Kingdom Door Christian Worship Center, 1004 E Pontiac St. Fort Wayne, IN 46806  with viewing starting at 11:00 am.
