Mr. Larry Cooper Milton, Sr., son of the late Albert Milton and Jeanette Terry, was born June 9, 1945, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. 

Larry grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he attended Fort Wayne public schools, graduating from Central High School. After high school, in 1963, he enlisted in the United States Armed Forces, until his discharge. 

Larry returned to Fort Wayne after the military, working at GE on the assembly line until his retirement. 

Larry loved sports and watched as often as he could. He enjoyed listening to music, watching old movies and shows.  

On Saturday, August 31, 2024, he departed the earth at the age of seventy-nine years. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Charles Milton, Sr., Jimmy Milton, Johnny Milton, Sr., and William Milton; and bonus child, Jami Milton. 

His memories will be forever cherished by his wife, Theresia Pearson; sons, Larry C. Milton, Jr., Regel Wilson, Howard Martin, Tracy Lawrence, DeVon Davis, Jermaine Harris, Shawn Milton and Milton Mattis; daughters, Twylette Milton, Tamika Thompson, Madonna Milton, Ferrae Fields, and Nicky Fields; bonus children, Africa Sandifer (Milton), Nikki Milton, Lamarcus Milton, Larry Milton and M.J. Mattis; brothers, Robert Drane and Donald Milton; and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
