Lavern Earl Beal, age 76, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Sage Bluff Health & Rehabilitation after a short stay.
Earl, as many called him, was born June 9, 1944 in Hannibal, Missouri to Arthur and Goldie Beal. He was the last child living to this union.
On June 20, 1965, he entered into the United States Army, during the Vietnam War, where he served his country until receiving his honorable discharge on June 20, 1967.
He enjoyed life to the fullest, having a special love for music, especially, Blues, Jazz, and Gospel.
Earl was a loving brother and uncle and hard worker.
Surviving are his soul mate, James Maddex along with a host of loving nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Goldie Beal; siblings, Imogene Caldwell, Martha K. Dorsey, Vernon, Fern, Arthur Jr. Arno, Linda Lou and Eugene Beal.
