Melody (Todd) Mock Obituary

Melody had a special affection for the majestic flamingo bird, finding joy in its vibrant colors. She embraced the hippie culture wholeheartedly, reveling in its free-spirited essence and often immersing herself in the local hippie fest festivities. Melody was a vibrant soul, known for her vivacious personality, wit, and sassiness. She adored her friends and family, finding joy in spending time camping at the lake. Her zest for life was contagious, and those who knew her couldn't help but be drawn to her magnetic spirit. To know Melody was to love her, although those who didn't know her might have been initially intimidated by her lively demeanor. She took immense pride in her children and grandchildren, often speaking of them with great affection. As well as being a loving mother She selflessly assumed the role of a maternal figure for some of her children’s closest friends.

Her closest friends cherished her for being a compassionate listener, always ready to lend an ear. Melody had a playful sense of humor and a knack for making others laugh. She was a woman of ambition, constantly finding satisfaction in tidying up and organizing her surroundings. Her humor, honesty, and unwavering loyalty left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Melody is survived by her children, Jeremy (Katelyn) Todd of South Carolina and Amber Todd of Fort Wayne, and her six beloved grandchildren: Cameron Hatfield, Madilyn Hatfield, Jacob Todd, Cody Lichtsinn, Kaiden Lichtsinn, and Maleeyah Todd.
