Minister Lee C. Green entered eternal rest Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He was born to the union of the late Ellis Green and Mary L. Green on January 3rd.  Accepting Christ as a young adult Lee was devoted to the church, his wife Mary and his family.  For many years he enjoyed singing in Chris Ford's Community Choir and heartily embraced the call to minister the word of God.   

He was a dedicated employee at both GE, International Harvester and retired from Dana Corporation.  Lee's hobbies include fishing and spending time on the lake with friends.   

He leaves to cherish his memory his sons Mark, Corky, and Monty; brother, Brady Green; sisters, Pamela Dukes and Lena Green; grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He will be missed by those who shared his life. 

Lee was preceded in death by his wife Mary; parents, Ellis and Mary L. Green; sister, Louise Green and brother, Roscoe Green.  He is also preceded in death by his close friends, Gentry and Ralph. 

Minister Lee Green was a God-fearing, law-abiding man.  He esteemed family, was respectful of leadership and gave the Lord his best.  One of the unique things about him is that he always refused to gossip; we admired that quality in him.  We love him dearly.
