It is with great sadness that the family of Phillip Anthony Hayes announces his transition to be with the angels.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Betty J. Hayes and his son,  Antwan Jones. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Conrad, his brothers, Robert, Bryan, Herbert Jr. and David, 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grand children.  There will be a memorial service Friday, December 1 at 3:00pm at the Ellis Funeral Home chapel.
