Reginald Edward Culpher was born September 8, 1989 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Regina D. Culpher. He received his wings and flew from this life on January 28, 2020 in Sarasota, Florida.
Reggie attended Snider High School. He later received his GED and attended IVY Tech Community College in Indianapolis.
He accepted Christ and was baptized at a young age at the Union Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. Clyde Adams. In 2013 Reggie was baptized again at Uniquely Blessed Ministry under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Sylvester Hunter.
Reggie loved football, he was #38 on the Redskins when they won the 2001 Super Bowl Metro Football, he also loved basketball (NBA and College), bowling and motorcycling, belonging to S.W.A.P. and hanging out with the family and friends.
He leaves to cherish many precious memories his daughter, Imani Aquarias Culpher and a son, Derrion Reginald Smith; a sister, Rebecca Joann Culpher; grandmother, Amelia J. Culpher; uncle, Ronald Culpher II; great-uncles, Earle A. Franklin, Charles Stephens; aunts, Andrea Faust, Reva Culpher, Melvia Staten Culpher; great-aunts, Cheryle Storey, Georgia Franklin; and great-great aunts, Charlene Johnson and Helen Russell. Special family friends Saysha Hogue, Vernae Briggins. Special cousins Kamiesha and Kayla Brown, Rana and Takeyah Franklin, Makenna Culpher, and a host of family and friends.
Reggie was preceded in death by his mother, Regina D. Culpher; grandfather Ronald Culpher, Sr.; great-grandparents, Earle and Sybelia Franklin and Delores Stephens; great-aunt, Janet Faust, great-uncle Harold Faust, Sr., and cousin Earle A. Franklin, III.
He will be laid to rest in Concordia Gardens Cemetery
