Obituary

Renita M. Mable, daughter of the late Martin Luther Merriweather and Ruby Lee Kimble, was born on July 23, 1950 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Stillwater Hospice.

She graduated from Central High School in 1968 and had a special love for cooking.

Renita accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church, Reverend John Dixie. Later in life, Renita joined New Covenant Worship Center, Pastor Luther Whitfield. 

She was a Past Matron of the O.E.S. P.H.A #8, Past Commandress of Saudi Court #121, and a member of the Woman's Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 148.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Ruby; husband, Eugene; and bonus daughter, Johnnal Tolbert.

Surviving are her sons, Carlton (Jennifer) Mable of Westfield, Indiana, and Adrian Mable of Atlanta, Georgia; bonus children, Jonathan (Anita) Tolbert, Donna Tolbert, and Donnel Tolbert all of Cleveland, Ohio; grandsons, Adrian Mable Jr., and Carlton Mable Jr., granddaughters, Izabelle (Jose) Lozano, Avery Mable,  and Riley Mable, as well as bonus grandsons and granddaughters; two great grandsons and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
