Mr. Rinel K. Claiborne

 

Rinel Kenneth Claiborne was born on May 24, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois.

 

He received his high school education and began Culinary Arts studies while in Chicago.

 

He moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana in the mid 1990’s.  

 

In October 2003, he united in holy matrimony to Lydia A. Dupree.  They shared their lives doing almost everything together.  He loved surprising his wife with gifts.  “He was the best Grandpa”.

 

For many years he attended Restoration Center Church of God in Christ.

 

 

Rinel prided himself on his culinary skills and was considered a Master Chef.   

 

 

He was preceded is death by his parents,     Ernest and Corrine Claiborne and a sister, Gloria.

 

Left to cherish his memory are wife loving and devoted wife of 17 years, Lydia A. Claiborne; son, Bass Jason Claiborne; stepdaughters, Ebony Dupree, Essence Culpher, Rodnee Armour and Nokia Armour; brother, Gerald Ellis, 17 grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
