Stanley Harrell Obituary

Stanley Harrell graduated from Keith High School, Orrville, Alabama, in 1974, and went on to enlist in the United States Army in 1975, completing his 3-year obligation with an Honorable Discharge in 1978 and moved back to Fort Wayne, IN. He then got a job with Rea Magnet Wire as a Production Operator.

In 1979, Stanley moved to Ohio and enrolled in Central State University where he graduated in 1985 with a BS in Marketing. After graduating he worked at Honeywell selling IT Products in Columbus, Ohio.

After several years working at Honeywell, Stanley moved back to Fort Wayne, Ind, where he worked as a Sales Consultant for Windows & Doors. At this time Stanely met Queen Lynette Green and got married where they had two beautiful boys named Anthony Jamel Harrell and Stanley Harrell, Jr.

After several years of being a Consultant, Stanley decided to form his own company, Stan Harrell & Sons (SH&S). In 2000, and until his death, Stan formed a partnership with Arthur Stewart as General Contractors working on various government, city, and residential projects throughout the city of Fort Wayne and surrounding cities.

In the latter part of Stan’s life, he and Queen amicably agreed to part ways at which time Stan met Pam Runkel and lived his remaining days with her prior to her decease in 2023.
