Theodore R. Haywood was born on August 15, 1939 to William and Betty (Turner) Haywood in Fort  Wayne, Indiana.  He departed this life on March 16, 2021.

He graduated from Central High School in January 1958 and enrolled in the U.S. Army.   He served his country from  1958-1964.

He married Earnestine Beard on December 3, 1965, she preceded him in death.

In 1998, he retired from International Harvester after 34 1/2 years of service.

He leaves to cheish his memory two brothers, Rodney (Dorothy) Haywood and Jackie Gibson both of Fort Wayne, Indiana along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
