Thomas Edward White Jr., aged 74, peacefully passed away on April 4, 2026.

He was born on December 12, 1951, in Beckley, West Virginia. He resided in Fort Wayne, Indiana until his passing. He was known for his unwavering dedication to family, service, and a steadfast work ethic.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edward White Sr.; his mother, Thanita (Lowe) White; and his sisters, Janice English and Michelle White.

Thomas will be fondly remembered by his wife, Linda (Kelsey) White; his sons, Thomas White III (Robin) of Nashville, Tennessee, and Steven Hall of St. Albans, West Virginia; Mike Mulvihill and Marcel Mulvihill both of Kingston, Ontario Canada, and Jon Mulvihill of Fort Wayne, IN; his daughters, Melissa Bruce (Everett) of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Felechia Clark (Jermaine) of Parker, Colorado. He also leaves behind his brothers, Roger White (Caren) of Seattle, Washington, and Darryl Wilson of Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as his sisters, Beverly Hairston of Fort Washington, Maryland, and Lelia Davis of Baltimore, Maryland.

In addition to his immediate family, Thomas is lovingly survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Thomas pursued higher education at Beckley College in his hometown of Beckley, West Virginia, now recognized as Mountain State University. He proudly served his country in the United States Army as a military police officer and later advanced to the role of Deputy Director at the Veterans Affairs Administration. Following his dedicated service at the VA, Thomas embarked on a successful career as an engineer with Norfolk Southern Railroad, retiring after many years of exemplary service.

Known for his love of family, devotion to his country, and tireless work ethic, Thomas will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His warm presence, radiant smile, and enduring love for his family will be deeply missed by countless loved ones and friends.
