DEACON WAYMON BROWN JR., age 90, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Parkview Hospital - Randallia.
He was a dedicated husband, father, respiratory therapist and church deacon.
He is survived by his beautiful wife of 70 years, J. Synovia Brown; three children, Howeda Stepp, Waymon Brown III and Lance Brown; and a multitude of grandchildren, great-grands, and great-great-grands.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, A. Vincent Brown.
Service is 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 2020, at Union Baptist Church, 2200 Smith St., with a walk-through visitation one hour before service.
Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
