Willie Charles Walker was born on September 12, 1958, to James W. Walker and Jessie Lee Walker in Joiner, Arkansas.

After attending Rivercrest High School, a few years later Willie decided to venture to Madison, Wisconsin. While in Madison he became a maintenance supervisor for the Marriot Corporation. In his spare time, he loved fishing, grilling, and watching his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys!

To cherish his memory, he leaves behind his companion, Jacqueline Howard; three bonus daughters; four sisters, Evetta (Ray) Turner, Jeanette Jones, Roberta Green, Rosemary Jones; four brothers, Lawrence D. Walker, Willie Albert Jones, Alfred Lee Jones, Johnny Cannon; seven bonus grandchildren; a great grandson and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Willie is preceded in death by his parents, James W. Walker, and Jessie Lee Walker; grandparents, Earl Jones, and Rachel Jones; sisters, Tannie Lee Winda, Rachel Walker, Virginia Jones, and Loretta M. Walker; brothers, James W. Walker, Jr., and James Jones
