Yolonda Nicole Blair was born on March 21, 1973 to Sharon K. Blair-Fuller and Willie G. Smith Jr. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She departed this life on Friday, October 15, 2021.
Yolonda, affectionally known as “Nikki”, was a 1991 graduate of Wayne High School and attended Masters School of Cosmetology. She was previously employed by Fort Wayne State Development Center, CANI, and Indiana Mentor. Her generosity and love for children had no boundaries. She loved fashion, cooking, music, decorating and having fun.
She was baptized at an early age at True Love Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Jesse White. She was a current member of Kingdom Builders now The Temple.
Yolonda is survived by her mother, Sharon K. (Andrew) Blair-Fuller; father, Willie G. (Deborah) Smith Jr. of Compton, California; other mother, Mariah Holmes (Tine-T); one brother, Zachary Swophire, one sister, Danielle Smith both of California; other loving siblings, Andria Fuller and Andrew Fuller of Fort Wayne and Shawanda Caine and Deron S. Moore of California; special aunts, Gladys Brown and LaShonda Thomas; Sister-Friend, Nacion Sanders; other besties, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Yolonda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary W. Adams, (Dave), Charles Blair Sr., Savannah Thomas, Willie G. Smith Sr.; uncles, Michael S. Blair, Lynn and Leander Smith.
