Laura Danice Burnett was born on March 27, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was the daughter of James T. Burnett and Mary E. (Williams) Burnett.  She departed this life on March 25, 2017 at her home.

She was a graduate of South Side High School and had a sincere loving spirit.

Laura leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Sparkel Burnett of Fort Wayne; mother, Mary E Huffman of Fort Wayne; sisters, Althea Curry of  Atlanta, GA, Rochelle (Clifton) Kennedy of Carp Lake, MI, Beatrice (Bruce) Jordan of Southfield, MI and Melody Burnett of Fort Wayne, four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her father, James T. Burnett.
